Please help to stocktake and innovate for EP's future economic, social and environmental vitality!

Regional Development Australia Whyalla and Eyre Peninsula (RDAWEP) recognises the importance of our tourism industries current $300 million annual contribution to South Australia's economy and the projection of tourism to be one of the world's fastest growing industries over the next two decades.
There are 3,000 local jobs in Whyalla and Eyre Peninsula dependent on tourism which could rise considerably with some strategic direction and investment. Our rugged, remote and biodiverse environment underpins this industry and its sustainability is a critical consideration.

Wayfinding
A good wayfinding system helps to create a positive experience by helping visitors to find what they are looking for and how to get there.

* 1. Do you think that roadside visitor information hubs which could include free Wi-Fi, public amenities, shade and seating would be valuable additions to our touring routes and towns?

* 3. Please send us photos of signs around the region that you think should be removed, updated or where a new sign would be valuable? Also send us examples of signs you like - they can be from within the region or elsewhere you have travelled. Be mindful of your safety when taking photos.
