About the Summit

The 2024 Summit will be held May 6-8, 2024 in Nashville, TN. The NDEDIC Summit brings together a network of leaders in the dental industry working together to elevate the exchange and usage of standard electronic transactions and digital information across the dental ecosystem.

Attendees represent all segments of the dental industry, including payers, providers, clearinghouses, practice management vendors, industry consultants, industry-related associations, and more.

Call for Proposals

NDEDIC's Education and Conference Committee is currently seeking proposals for presentations to be delivered during the Summit.

Presentations must be educational in nature, and they must provide fair and full disclosure as well as equitable balance of all aspects of the topic being presented. No endorsements, commercial promotion, or sales-focused topics will be permitted. All program materials must be free from promotional influence and/or content.

Proposals must include the following information:
  • Primary contact information;
  • Proposed session title;
  • Session abstract – 100 words, in paragraph form, describing the intent and content of the proposed presentation; and
  • Brief biography (50 words, in paragraph form) for each presenter
Program Length

Sessions are typically 60 minutes in length, inclusive of a question/answer period. It may also be possible to accommodate 90-minute sessions featuring multiple panelists.

Speaker Registration Discount

Speakers are provided a special discounted registration rate of $399, which is $350 less than the lowest advertised rate available to attendees. No other form of compensation or reimbursement is provided.

Submission Deadline

Proposals will be reviewed only if they include all required information, are educational in nature, and are received on or before March 31, 2024.
