Thank you for your interest in serving on the board of directors for Bi-County Community Action Programs, Inc.  Bi-CAP helps low income people obtain self-sufficiency through a variety of programs including Head Start, Housing, Youth Build, Weatherization, and Energy Assistance.

Bi-CAP is governed by a 15-member board of directors that meet monthly, alternating between Bemidji and Walker.  Board terms are two years, with a maximum of six consecutive years.  To be eligible, a person must reside in either Beltrami or Cass County.

Board applications are collected throughout the year and may be considered to fill vacancies as they arise but board terms typically begin in May.
