MaineHealth Center for Tobacco Independence in partnership with Maine CDC and the Office of Behavioral Health is exploring ways to address the toll of tobacco for people with behavioral health conditions and substance use disorders. We are asking you to complete a survey, which will help us better understand what tobacco assessment, treatment practices, and policies are currently in place at behavioral health organizations in Maine. We are also very interested in your perspective about what might be effective for the populations with which you work.
This survey should take you approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. Thank you in advance for your time and thoughtful responses on this important issue.
Sincerely,
Selina McGlauflin, LCPC Maine CDC
Katherine Ryan, Ph.D. MaineHealth Center for Tobacco Independence
Michelle Wells, LCPC MaineHealth Center for Tobacco Independence
