Access to healthcare is not always easy. This is true for mental health too. This survey is part of a needs assessment that will make it easier to get help for a mental health issue.

This survey sponsored by the Thumb Community Health Partnership and Harbor Beach Mental Health Access Team. This includes hospitals, mental health agencies, health departments, and human service agencies in Huron, Lapeer, Sanilac, and Tuscola Counties.
