Do you have polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis (pcJIA) or care for someone with pcJIA? We need your valuable input to help inform policy makers on the use of upadacitinib (Rinvoq) for pcJIA.
Background
Canada's Drug Agency is conducting a reimbursement review on upadacitinib (Rinvoq) for the treatment of polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis (pcJIA).
Once Health Canada approves a drug for use in Canada, public drug programs decide whether the drug will be eligible for public reimbursement. Canada's Drug Agency's drug reimbursement review process plays an important role in their decision-making process (except for Quebec).
Canada's Drug Agency's review process includes opportunities for patients and caregivers to provide input through patient organizations. This input helps ensure that patient experiences, needs, and priorities are reflected in the assessment and recommendations.
For this submission, Cassie + Friends is working with several Canadian patient organizations including the Canadian Arthritis Patient Alliance (CAPA), Arthritis Society Canada, and Psoriasis Canada. Your responses to this survey will only be shared among key members of our organizations as we work together to provide feedback to the CDA process.
Your responses will be kept anonymous and confidential, and we will not disclose any identifying information.
If you have any questions or comments, please contact Marissa Sangers (marissa@cassieandfriends.ca).
The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
