Overview
This survey aims to gather insights on the common challenges and opportunities impacting efforts to advance the Brain Health field. Responses will help to inform the development of a Brain Health Nexus (BHN) white paper to be developed by the BHN founding steering committee and distributed in advance of the Fall 2022 BHN Summit. Key themes may also be used in BHN's public outreach, though all information will remain unattributed.
