BHLT Final ACTION TEAM SELECTION

Thank you for participating in this quick survey.

The BHLT Steering Committee selected four action teams based on interest and team makeup. Action Teams are based on the BHLT Strategic Direction from Social Impact Architects and the recommendations from our Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute System Assessment.

First you will select two possible teams and then in the second question you will rank your preferences.

We are all very busy with our everyday responsibilities. The BHLT role is a volunteer role, as you select an action team please consider the ones that align with work you are already doing in our community.
