Dear BHI Network Partners,
This survey asks you to assess your organization’s participation in the BHI Partner Network. It will take you approximately 15 minutes to complete.
You will use a simple three-point scale to rate your organization's network engagement on 17 characteristics. The characteristics and the rating scale were shaped and approved by BHI's Core Team and some members of the Full Team.
We know there is a great deal of complexity in our work together that cannot be captured in a simple three-point scale. But this offers us a solid starting place for exploration. And partners will take this survey periodically, so we can understand how BHI partner engagement develops over time.
Honest assessment of your organization’s engagement with BHI is essential, and your privacy is assured. The survey does not ask you for any identifying information other than your organization’s sector. Likewise, no IP addresses will be recorded. Only summaries of all responses to each question will be provided— individual surveys will not be reviewed, analyzed, or shared.
Core Team members: in order to have these data ready for our meeting, please submit your completed survey no later than Monday, December 4th at 5:00 pm.
