Founded in 2010 in conjunction with – but independent from – Let’s Move!, PHA is a nonpartisan, nonprofit that is led by some of the nation’s most respected health and childhood obesity advocates. Supporting our effort is our honorary chair First Lady Michelle Obama, alongside our honorary vice-chairmen The Honorable William H. Frist, MD, and The Honorable Cory A. Booker. Our board of directors also includes nationally recognized business leaders, advocates, health professionals and thought leaders from a variety of backgrounds. More information about PHA can be found at ahealthieramerica.org.

About the Building a Healthier Future Summit:
The Building a Healthier Future Summit brings together leaders from public, private and non-profit organizations, all committed to solving the childhood obesity crisis in America. At prior Summits, attendees have walked away with tangible, actionable solutions to help make the healthy choice the easy choice for children and families. In 2016, we look to continue fostering conversation between industry and non-profits, academics, government officials and thought leaders from across the spectrum to create even more solutions.
