THE LEADERSHIP BOARD REQUESTS YOUR INPUT!
In August, members of the Leadership Board and of the Ministerial Staff held a weekend Planning Summit to develop a new three-year strategic map. Attendees were:
- Leadership Board members Alicia Larson, Chris Call, Diana Sunukjian, Eric Sorenson, Karen Carroll, Melissa Nguyen, Monte Fraker, Ricardo Flores, and Steve Wagner.
- Ministerial Staff members Brandon Read, Eric Sorenson, and Jason Paras.
The Planning Summit resulted in draft priorities and objectives for the next three years. The Leadership Board now is eager for congregational feedback on these potential goals.
Please complete this survey by September 21. The Leadership Board will be considering all input before finalizing strategic priorities and objectives for the next three years.
Once goals are in place, the Leadership Board will decide which priorities and objectives to begin working on first. The Board will monitor progress on at least a quarterly basis, and make adjustments when necessary; the goal and measure is strategic effectiveness. The congregation will receive updates at least twice a year.
