Job Fair Interest Survey: Employers |
The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce wants to learn of your preference in the type of job fair to host for our community. A virtual career fair provides the ability for candidates and employers to meet safely via our online platform.
For candidates, a landing page will be accessible from their device – iPhone, iPad, Android phone, Android tablet, Windows PC or Mac. Clicking the name of any company will move the candidate into the virtual queue for that company. Once they reach the front of the line, they’ll be automatically connected in a video conference with someone from that employer who will spend 2-3 minutes speaking with them. During the interaction, the candidate can share their resume as an attachment with the recruiter, if they haven’t already shared it via the ATS. Once they are finished, the candidate will depart that meeting and may select another company that they’d like to speak to.
Employers will designate one or more team members for the event who will install an application on their PC that allows them to receive candidates via the virtual queue and video conference with them. During the event, just like during a traditional career fair, the next candidate in line will be routed to the next available team member from your company.
