* 4. Which wreath supplies do you want? *Extra supplies will be available in limited quantity to purchase that night as well. NO CENTERPIECES WILL BE PROVIDED.

$35 for red/white/blue deco mesh ONLY

$50 for red/white/blue deco mesh AND red/white/blue ribbon/glitter bling

Please send me a PayPal Invoice so I can pay ahead of time (for 5 additional entries into our anniversary raffle!) Project fee is fully refundable thru Wednesday, May 3. After that a kit will be made with all of your supplies to be picked up.

Yes! I understand I am responsible for paying for this project if I cancel after the deadline, in order to contribute to pre-bought supplies.

No-charge cancellations will be honored up until the Wednesday BEFORE the project date (you can choose a to-go kit if interested).

*A PayPal invoice will be sent the day after the project date, if you do not attend, to the email provided, and supplies can be arranged to be picked up. **We kindly ask if you have previously canceled after a Wednesday deadline and/or not paid for pre-bought supplies in the past, to pre-pay for this event.
