Behavioral Health GPRA Coding Community of Learning (COL) Registration

Thank you for your interest in the new Community of Learning for 2019-20. Below are 5 questions that will help us plan for these interactive virtual meetings with your peers working in urban Indian health across the country. Please know that, by participating in this Community of Learning, you are being asked to commit to your peers to actively participate in all 4 of the monthly sessions. Through this learning community you will have the opportunity to both learn and share with other UIO staff as well as work on your own local program improvements with technical assistance and support.
