Boulevard Gardens Co-op is working with Selfhelp Community Services to identify possible programs and services we could offer on-site for our older residents. If you or someone in your home is over the age of 60, please fill out this survey to help us better identify what our residents are interested in. It should only take 15 minutes. Thank you!
