The IACP is beginning to develop the foundation and the initial partnerships to launch a chiropractic independent physician network/association (IPA), which would be a private insurance network organized and operated by chiropractors. This IPA would allow Idaho chiropractors to collectively contract for their place in the insurance marketplace, which could positively impact reimbursement rates and covered services within multiple insurance plans.  If the IPA launched in the next few years, would you be interested in joining the network?

The IACP has been working with the Idaho Department of Insurance to ensure the full implementation of the Affordable Care Act's Section 2706 - Non-Discrimination Clause, which is leading to greater parity in the reimbursement rates with the network of some Idaho insurance carriers.  Have you noticed an increase in specific reimbursement rates?
