What is this survey about?

We are inviting all people who use our services to share their views and experiences on addiction and addiction-related stigma.

This survey aims to understand:
  • how addiction is viewed and discussed
  • whether people have experienced or witnessed stigma
  • and what more can be done to create supportive, non-judgemental services and communities
This survey is open to anyone currently accessing or who has previously accessed any of our services, and feedback will help us improve the way we deliver support and shape future work to challenge stigma. Your responses are anonymous and will not affect the support you receive. The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete.

Please note: some questions will ask about your personal experiences - please only answer what you feel comfortable sharing.
