The city wants your feedback on customer service and satisfaction with city parks and trails for the summer season (June-August). At the end of the survey, participants have the option to enter to win one of four free passes to Buffalo Run Golf Course, the Commerce City Recreation Center or Paradice Island pool.

Your responses in this survey are completely confidential. You must complete survey in one seating. Surveys must be completed by September 30, 2016.
