Cultural Projects Fund Grant Acquittal Form
It is a condition of the Cultural Project Fund program that all applicants who recieved funding complete and submit an acquittal form within thirty (30) days of the conclusion of the activity or project.
Please complete the relevant information using this on line acquittal form. You will also be sent via email a project evaluation Snapshot template (1 page) which you will be required to complete and return via email or hard copy.
