Building Futures 2021 Application Form

We're accepting applications from strata managers, strata committees or building managers from local buildings who are interested in reducing their common area energy bills, and meet the following eligibility criteria:
Strata-titled (residential or non-residential)
35 units or above (residential limit only)
Located in the Waverley Local Government Area
Please note:
(1) All program activities will be conducted in line with NSW Public Health Orders in relation to Covid-19.
(2) Participating buildings are asked to commit a minimum of $1,000 to implement a cost-effective energy saving measures.
To apply: Please complete all required fields below and submit the form. Allow about 10 mins. Applications close 5pm Friday 24th of September.
Before you start: You will be asked to upload a copy of a recent electricity and gas bills for your common area accounts and enter your SP number, so it may be easier to get them before you start completing the survey.
On privacy: Waverley Council is collecting your information for the purpose of selecting buildings to participate in the Building Futures Program. The supply of this information is voluntary and your information will only be shared with relevant staff and approved contractors.
