We're accepting applications from strata managers, strata committees or building managers from local buildings.
Applications for the 2024/25 round close Monday 15th July, 2024. The program will run from August 2024 to 30 June 2025.

Please note:
(1) This application form is for buildings who have not previously participated in a Building Futures Round.

(2) Participating buildings are asked to commit a minimum of $1,000 to implement a cost-effective energy saving measures.

Buildings eligibility criteria:
* Strata or community-titled (residential or non-residential)
* 25 units and above (residential limit only)
* Located in the Waverley Local Government Area

Before you start: You will be asked to upload a copy of a recent electricity and gas bill for your common area accounts and enter your SP number, so it may be easier to get them before you start completing the survey.
