Key Informant/Stakeholder Survey

Introduction

Central Connecticut State University is conducting a Comprehensive Statewide Needs Assessment for the Bureau of Education and Services for the Blind (BESB) for 2020-2023. We are asking for your participation in a survey that will take no more than ten minutes. Your valuable feedback is crucial in helping BESB enhance the services provided to individuals throughout Connecticut.

Your participation is voluntary, and you may stop at any time. All your responses are confidential. No identifiable information will be associated with your comments or the reported results.

An asterisk (*) indicates that a question requires a response.
All comment fields are optional. However, your comments are extremely helpful in improving the services provided by BESB. We encourage you to elaborate as much as you would like.

Throughout this survey, you will be asked to evaluate the need for BESB to enhance the services and resources it provides. We welcome you to share any thoughts about what is currently working well, as well as any suggestions for improvements. There are no wrong answers.
