1. Introduction: What is C-TPAT?

Beall’s participates in a voluntary US Customs program for importers called the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT). As a joint government and trade program to assist in the fight against terrorism, C-TPAT is designed to increase security at US facilities and overseas locations.

The C-TPAT program helps us effectively manage the risks associated with the international movement of our merchandise and become aware of the potential security threats. In order to maintain our certification in the C-TPAT Program, Beall's requires each business partner to complete an annual self-assessment of their security and supply chain programs.

Please take a few moments to complete the following questionnaire so we can update our records accordingly. The process shoud take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Providing inaccurate information or failure to complete this questionnaire, could jeopardize your company's business relationship with Beall's and can lead to possible termination of business relations.

Please review Beall's C-TPAT Expectations document located on our company website at http://www.beallsinc.com/vendorrelations/C-TPATExpectations.pdf. Direct any questions to Beall's C-TPAT Coordinator's Office at CTPATCompliance@beallsinc.com. Note that upon review of your completed questionnaire, Beall's may require you to submit additional supporting documentation (ex: copies of your most recent security audit report etc) for verification purposes.
