ANCA’s Adirondack Buyer Days wholesale shows feature the best handmade gifts and specialty foods our region has to offer. Drawing buyers from gift shops, restaurants, museum shops, farm stands and other independent retail outlets across Northern New York and Northern New England, the show is a great opportunity for vendors to access new markets, and for retailers to buy directly from artisans, meet the producers and learn the stories of their unique wares.

For the second year, ANCA is partnering with the St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce to offer a wholesale-only day following the popular “Craft, Food and Wine” retail show at the Cheel Arena at Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY. This is an entry-level wholesale show designed to help makers grow their markets, and to introduce more of our constituents to the Buyer Days shows.

This application is ONLY for the wholesale day from 10 am to 5 pm on Sunday, Oct. 23, 2016. (Set up will be Saturday evening). The retail portion is handled by the Chamber and is SOLD OUT.


Acceptance for this event will be determined on a case-by-case basis until we are at capacity.
 
To Qualify for Jurying:
  • Your products must be original and handmade/designed/produced by you or supervised in your studio. Imports and machine-made goods not allowed.
  • Your business must be located Northern NY or Northern New England.
  • You must be a business by law
  • You must fill out this application in full, including photos or samples as required
  • Limits will be placed on each product category to ensure broad representation, so you may be placed on a waiting list if your category is full.
You will be notified over email whether or not you are accepted. If accepted, you will be sent a link to pay for your booth. If you are accepted, the cost of participating is $80 (will go up to $90 after July 31, 2016) and will include your booth space (approximately 8'x10'), one table, 2 chairs and electricity (Please note, electricity is limited, so we may not be able to accommodate everyone)
