Program Details

The TEAM GPS Foundation, in partnership with College of the Desert PaCE, is proud to offer the Visionary Leadership Certificate Program, an advanced leadership experience for Directors, Executives, Business Owners, and senior-level professionals in the Greater Palm Springs area. This immersive program is designed for experienced leaders who shape organizational culture, drive innovation, and influence long-term success. Participants will engage in five executive-level modules covering the full spectrum of visionary leadership: Strategic Self-Leadership, Visionary Leadership in Action, Leading Through Communication, Leading High-Performing Teams, and The Future-Ready Leader.

Applicants may self-nominate or be endorsed by an executive sponsor or organizational leader. Applications will be reviewed based on leadership experience, organizational impact, career trajectory, and alignment with program goals.

Employers will be contacted to verify eligibility, and scholarships will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to the most qualified candidates.

Program Commitment & Additional Information:
  • This executive-level program consists of five full-day, in-person sessions.
  • Participants are expected to attend and actively engage in all sessions.
  • Employers and/or participants are responsible for any applicable wages, benefits, or related expenses during participation.
  • Space is intentionally limited to foster a high-level, collaborative executive learning environment.
  • Program participation may include peer discussion, strategic exercises, executive reflection, and leadership assessments.
  • Graduates will join a growing network of Visionary Leadership alumni helping shape the future of Greater Palm Springs through leadership, innovation, and regional impact.
Scholarship recipient needs to begin first course within 90 days of scholarship award notice.

The TEAM GPS Foundation scholarship will cover the cost of registration for the certificate program (valued at approx. $1,795).

Each employment site is limited to six (6) individual scholarship awards in one calendar year.
