BDRP 61st Annual Meeting Continuing Medical Education Registration Form |
If you plan to claim Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits for your participation in the BDRP Virtual Annual Meeting, please complete this form by June 28. Only physicians, physicians assistants, and nurse practitioners are eligible for CME credits in the meeting, so only these individuals should complete this form.
A maximum of 5.25 CME credit hours may be claimed, and all three CME sessions must be attended live (not viewed on demand). Three sessions carry CME credits:
1. President's Welcome, Josef Warkany Lecture, and Robert L. Brent Lecture (June 24, 11:00 am-12:30 pm EDT)
2. Cannabis in Pregnancy and Through Generations Symposium (June 29, 1:00-3:00 pm EDT)
3. Molecular Mechanisms of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) in Humans and Animal Models Symposium (June 30, 1:00-3:00 pm EDT)

CME sessions are identified in the Meeting Agenda on the virtual meeting website as well as within the Session list in the Attendee Hub. At the end of the virtual meeting instructions for claiming CME will be be emailed to those who complete this form.
There is no additional fee to claim CMEs for the live event as long as you claim them by July 23, 2021.
