The Bourbonnais Township Park District strives to offer quality recreation opportunities to the community. One continuous aspect in providing quality recreation opportunities is a review of our programs and events. This will help us determine the types of possible recreation services that may be offered now or in the future.

The following survey is a estimated fifteen minute Needs Assessment Survey for our recreation system. A short survey regarding recreation opportunities and improvement questions that will target our community. We are looking to get your household feedback on what types of recreation opportunities and improvement you may or may not like to see. Please take a few minutes to read and answer the following survey. This will help the Bourbonnais Township Park District in making the most informed future decision based on your feedback.
