Thanks for taking the challenge to get active on foot or on wheels during the month of June.

The Hike It or Bike It Challenge is all about  using your body to get from place to place instead of relying on a car.  All you have to do is park the car and walk, hike, bike or roll and record it on the calendar for a chance to win great prizes.

The information we collect will be used to contact you if you win a draw prize and to understand who is participating in the challenge.   All demographic information will be kept confidential.  The contest is open to everyone, however, only individuals living in the Northwestern Health Unit catchment area will be eligible for prizes. Questions, contact: efischer@nwhu.on.ca.
