Guardians of Freedom Memorial - Wall of Honor

The Herkimer and Oneida Counties Wall of Honor will serve as a place of remembrance for those who served and safeguarded our lives in times of peace and conflict. We hope to honor veterans, law enforcement, firefighters, and K9 heroes for their selfless service and dedication to their communities by memorializing their faces and/or names for years to come.

Please complete the following application so that we can consider your hero’s inclusion on the Wall of Honor. The considered honoree must meet all of the general guidelines mentioned hereafter in the application, and the application must be completed fully to be considered by the Wall of Honor Nomination Committee.
