About the Wall of Honor

The Wall of Honor, located at Exit 30 in Herkimer, NY, will recognize individuals who served and protected ur communities in times of peace and conflict. This includes veterans, law enforcement, firefighters, and K9 heroes. Those selected will have their names, and potentially their faces (if a clear image is provided), permanently carved into the memorial.
To nominate someone, please complete this application in full. Only complete applications that meet the guidelines below will be reviewed by the Wall of Honor Nomination Committee.

Applications are due by Friday, May 22, 2026.
General Guidelines
1. Nominees is deceased and served as military, law enforcement, firefighter, or service dog/handler.

2. Nominee made a significant contribution in the line of duty or their community.

3. Nomination must be submitted by an individual with a direct personal connection to the nominee or by someone with credible knowledge of the nominee's life and service.

4. Supporting documentation is included, if available (letters, obituary, news article, etc.).
