Kitchener Housing Inc. (KHI) is embarking on a process to shape our next strategic plan. As we build the 2021-2026 strategic plan, we want to engage different people to shape an informed direction for our future.

The survey focuses on three areas:

1) The current role of KHI

2) The current state of the community housing sector

3) The future role of KHI and the opportunities and challenges it may encounter.

How long will the survey take?
The entire process will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Try your best to answer all of the questions in the survey, but you may skip those that don’t apply.

What will you do with my responses?
Your input will be collected by Overlap Associates on behalf of KHI and will be presented to KHI Leadership as themes and patterns across responses, and that does not identify you as an individual.
