Please note: This show is SOLD OUT! Applications are for wait list only at this time.

Adirondack Buyer Days is a wholesale trade show that features some of the best handmade products and specialty foods our region has to offer. Drawing wholesale buyers from gift shops, restaurants, museum shops, farm stands and other independent retail outlets across New York and New England, the show is a great opportunity for artisan vendors to access new markets, and for retailers to meet the producers and learn the stories of their unique wares.

The show is March 27-28, 2017 at the Saratoga Springs (NY) City Center. There is a mandatory move-in day of Sunday, March 26.

We are excited to be celebrating the show's 31st birthday!

Eligibility:
Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. This includes fulfilling the requirements stated in the last question.

To qualify, your products must be handmade/designed/produced by you, and your business must be located Northern NY or Northern New England. Limits will be placed on each product category to ensure broad representation, so you may be placed on a waiting list if your category is full. You will be notified via email whether or not you are accepted. If you are accepted, your acceptance email will contain a link to register and pay. This is the only way to secure your booth.

The cost of participating will increase after December 31, 2016. Your booth fee gets you an 8'x10' booth space with pipe-and-drape, various professional development opportunities including bi-weekly tip emails from the show organizer, at least two chances to participate in a conference call with the show organizer and other vendors, and more (stay tuned to your email to find out about these opportunities as they arise).

For more information, contact Lauren Richard at lrichard@adirondack.org and thanks for your interest in Adirondack Buyer Days!
