Dear Parent/Guardian,

Banks County Middle School is a Title I school, and as the parent/guardian of a child attending a Title I school, you are an important part of the Title I team. Your input is vital in the planning and implementation of the parent involvement program and activities in our school. The focus of all Title I programs is to help all students meet high academic achievement standards. The following survey is confidential and will be used to assist us with future planning for parental involvement activities and events at Banks County Middle School. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. Please return the completed survey to your child’s homeroom teacher. If you would prefer to complete the survey online rather than completing the paper copy, please visit the school’s website www.banks.k12.ga.us/bcms and click the link Title I Parent Involvement Survey.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Dr. Hank Ramey, principal of BCMS, by emailing hank.ramey@banks.k12.ga.us or calling 706.677.2277.
