2018  Alumni Survey

The purpose of this survey is to keep in touch with our graduates and learn about your professional activities since you have completed your high school diploma.  Now that some time has passed since you have graduated, we would like you to tell us how well our program served your individual needs.  Your responses will help us improve and strengthen our program, as well as fortify relationships with our alumni.  This survey is completely voluntary and you may skip questions you are not inclined to answer (but we hope that you will do your best to answer all the questions that are relevant to you).  Thank you in advance for your cooperation and participation.
