  • Online payment - such as lost or damaged materials' fees, refunds, receipts, or anything pertaining to your online payment.

Helpful Hints:
  1. When using the Library catalog or any Library resource that requires your Library card number always include the letter "D" and the number zero "0" (it is not a capital O) - example: D012345678
  2. Your PIN is the last 4 digits of the phone number you used to set up your account
  3. eCards can only access eMedia; to check out books/DVDs/CDs you must visit your local branch and apply for an All Access Card. Learn more...
