DISCIPLESHIP

1.The call of Discipleship (Matt 28:18-20)  was given to the Church after Christ ascended to heaven.  What are three weaknesses our church continues to struggle with in regards to discipleship?(Required.)
2.In regards to Discipleship (making disciples) what are three strengths of our church?(Required.)
3.To be a disciple is to live in a 'posture of learning' and to 'make space' in our lives so God can transform our lives.  List specific ways SWC can help you, as an individual, to continue to grow in Christ.(Required.)
4.Discipleship is a process; we recognized that each of us is at a different point in our journey.  However, we also recognize that 'becoming like Him' is the ultimate goal. List ways we can, as a collective group (SWC Family), come together and enhance our growth as a church family.(Required.)
5."Your knowledge of God cannot remain private.  We are called to blessed others through our testimony."  Does SWC meet your need to practice your faith?  If not, how can SWC best meet your need to practice your faith, in your home and your community?(Required.)
