Affordable Housing Solutions

Affordable housing is a top priority of mine. I have spent a lot of time learning about the needs, what is available or happening now, and thinking about what else needs done. I would like your input. All answers are confidential. And, please: no rants and raves or mentioning individuals by name. I'm looking for solutions! Finally, this isn't a voting exercise.
