LRADAC Youth Board Application

Hello! We are excited that you are interested in serving on the LRADAC youth board. Leaders serve in different fashions, for example with helping plan events, public speaking, and graphic design. We are excited to learn how you want to lead your community.

The committee will review your completed application and reach out via your guardian's email to schedule a time to chat more!

1. You will serve as a leader and communicator between the Youth Board and your school when needed.
2. Will be committed to participating in every meeting, being punctual, and will be communicative if something comes up.
3. Express interest in learning more about creating a change in youth alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use in your community.
4. Commit to helping plan the upcoming Youth Leadership Summit with ample support from LRADAC.(Required.)
