About this survey

Thank you for participating in this survey. Your feedback is important!

If you haven't already, please take a moment before starting this survey to learn more about the Kellam-Wyatt Farm project.

Kellam-Wyatt Farm is a 59-acre property located on N. Rogers Lane in Raleigh. The property was donated to Wake County with a conservation easement, which means that the land is legally limited to certain types of uses. These prioritized uses support conservation values — such as open space, scenic views, habitat and watershed protection, preservation of rural character, and agricultural production.

In 2019, Wake County Parks, Recreation and Open Space began the process of laying out a guiding framework for the future of the property. This guiding framework, also known as a master plan, will address what types of amenities and activities could be included on the property.

One initial critical step in the master planning process is hearing from the community about their preferences for Kellam-Wyatt Farm. Please share with us your thoughts by November 30 so that you can help guide the next phase of the master planning process. Once the surveys are tallied, the results will be posted on the project website.
