Labour Market Vacancy Survey 2021

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. The information collected by this survey is critical for our advocacy, and will be used to communicate the extent of workforce shortages to the government, media and public in light of COVID-19 and our aging population.

The survey will request information about the number of vacancies at your organization for RNs, LPNs, HCAs, and Home Health Companions. The survey will also ask you questions about your experience so far with the Health Career Access Program (HCAP), if applicable

This survey is intended to be completed at the site level. If your organization has multiple locations, please complete the survey for each care site. You may report on campuses of care as one site, as needed.

If one or more of your care sites is contracted out for care staff, please work with your service provider to complete this survey.

Please note that all of the site-by-site information collected in this survey is considered confidential. BCCPA may communicate the aggregated results, such as by health service delivery area.
