Permission to Show Your Submission During the Think Tank on August 6, 2021.

By submitting this form to participate in BCAN's Got Talent at the 2021 Think Tank meeting, you hereby grant BCAN a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to share your name, likeness, identity, voice, photographic images, video images, and oral or recorded statements with participants at the Think Tank. You acknowledge that BCAN will rely on this consent and release in producing, exhibiting, and distributing materials containing your submission to BCAN's Got Talent.

To the best of your knowledge, the content that you contribute to the BCAN's Got Talent program contains only your own original performance or material created by others for which you have authority to grant the rights set forth in this release and such content does not infringe on the rights of any other person or entity. BCAN shall have no obligation to use, reproduce or disseminate any of the content provided by you.
