The Minot Symphony Orchestra invites your 4th and 5th grade students to attend one of our FREE 2018 Children's Concerts on Friday, February 2, 2018, at 9:30am (full) (11:30 am is full). The concert will be approx. one hour in length.
 
The 2018 Children's Concert theme will be "Gia" Mother Earth. These concerts will feature selections from the following:
 
BEETHOVEN: Symphony No. 6 in F Major, “Pastoral”   
                          I. Happy Arrival 
                        III. Merrymaking
                        IV. Thunder Storm
                         V. Shepherd's Song 

Kabalevsky, Concerto No. 1 for Cello
    Tiffany Peterson, cello, High School Soloist

POULNEC: The Story of Babar: The Little Elephant 
 
Your students are encouraged to submit an 8.5" x 11" drawing related to our theme of Mother Earth. Images will be displayed prior to the start of each concert. Artwork must be received no later than Monday, Jan. 29th. Artwork can be emailed to minotsymphony@minotstateu.edu or mailed to MSO - 500 University Ave. W - Minot, ND 58707.

Please complete the RSVP survey below by January 22nd to reserve your seats. We will do our best to rotate between main floor and balcony seating based on last years seating assignments, and availability at time RSVP is received.
