The Public Review Draft Lake County Climate Adaptation Plan is now available for community feedback. Your input will help ensure the final plan reflects the needs, values, and priorities of the Lake County community. View the Public Review Draft Climate Adaptation Plan: Here

After reviewing the document, please answer the following questions to share your feedback.

The Climate Adaptation Plan (CAP) will help our community prepare for and respond to climate-related hazards such as wildfire, extreme heat, drought, and flooding. The CAP identifies climate vulnerabilities, assesses existing resources and gaps, and establishes goals, strategies, and actions to build community resilience across our county.

The survey will be open until December 19, 2025. County and City staff will present the Draft CAP to the Board of Supervisors, County Planning Commission, Clearlake City Council, and Lakeport City Council in January 2026.
