We’re excited to announce that the U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council (USHBC) is currently accepting applications to serve on our newly formed committees, subcommittees, advisory boards and task forces starting in January 2023. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the future of USHBC, and wants to take a role in supporting the organization’s vision to empower the industry to make blueberries the world’s favorite fruit.  Does this sound like you or someone you know?

Considerations
USHBC is seeking industry professionals who are interested in sharing their particular experience, expertise and perspective in a collaborative environment to achieve specific USHBC goals and priorities. Every effort will be made to match an individual’s experience and interests to available positions, and to provide an opportunity to contribute to USHBC and the industry through meaningful work in order to grow professionally and build relationships within the industry. Individuals are expected to attend all meetings of the committee assigned, actively participate and prepare for discussion.

Service on committees, subcommittees, advisory boards and task forces is without compensation, except for travel and accommodation costs related to in-person meeting duties. All appointments are made by the chair of the USHBC.
