The Brewery Sustainability Initiative is an innovative partnership between New York State Pollution Prevention Institute (NYSP2I) and Cornell University College of Agriculture and Life Sciences focused on providing practical sustainability tools and approaches to craft breweries in NYS to measurably reduce water, energy usage, and optimize cleaning procedures.
