A truly unique cross-company program specifically designed to empower NextGens in our industry to grow as leaders, in their careers AND make the Big Bold IMPACT projects to rethink the industry for a sustainable future.

Criteria to apply:
1. You have to be 25-35 year old
2. Your company must be part of LEAD Network Gold or Foundation level Partner Company

In this section, we invite you to identify three individuals whom you believe embody the qualities of a Leader 2.0 and who you would like to have as sponsors throughout the program from your own organization

Leader 2.0 qualities are 1. Human 2. Leading through example 3. Growth-oriented and transparent 4. Empowering 5. Purposeful

These sponsors should be experienced senior leaders (Country/Function Leadership Team, VP, GM etc) capable of committing 1,25h/months for 6 months of the program to supporting and learning during the program. The questions that follow will help us gather more information about your preferred sponsors.

We cannot guarantee you the sponsors you nominate will agree to participate due to their workload and circumstances, but your nomination is essential to make the invitation and promote this opportunity.

Kindly craft a motivational message or choose a format such as a Cover Letter, visual PowerPoint presentation, Collage, Voice Recording, or vertical video. In the case of a video or voice recording, ensure it does not exceed a maximum duration of 3 minutes. Use this platform to articulate your reasons for wanting to participate in the program.
