The Morgan Park Beverly Hills Business Association and the 95th Street Business Association have created the following Needs/Impact Assessment survey. Its purpose is to help local elected officials and government agencies determine future financial aid packages for small businesses.


This survey will help shed light on the hyper-local impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on Beverly/Morgan Park businesses as of April 23, 2020.  In addition, the survey results will assist the MPBHBA and the 95th Street Business Associations in prioritizing its advocacy efforts.  All information will be aggregated into areas of needs, and we will not disclose business names or contacts.
