IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER BEFORE SIGNING UP:
The original deadline to sign-up was February 19th but it was extended to allow more folks to join the team. Because of the extension there will be a short period to train/equip you to lead but we've got your back.
You can expect to hear from the ReachOut Site Director within the week to get the ball rolling.
COMMITMENTS TO ORGANIZATIONS WE SERVE:
When you sign up to lead a project, we then (and not until) commit to an organization that we can serve them and do the project they are requesting.
If you sign up and then back out further down the timeline, Crossroads is still committed to the project but we have no leader and are in a completely different phase of the overall project. Not good. Not cool. Not Kingdom! Don't be that person either.
Letting our "yes" be "yes" (Matthew 5:37) is one of our core values at Crossroads and we want to live it out every day, especially in our commitments to our partners.
LEADING WITH YOUR SPOUSE OR A FRIEND?
This sign up form will allow you on the second page to sign up for a co-leader. PLEASE make 100% sure anyone you are signing up is committed. Changes later are a logistics nightmare so don't be that person either (see a trend? commitment is key!).
