The Burnaby Business Excellence Awards is a joint initiative of the Burnaby Board of Trade and the City of Burnaby and is an opportunity to recognize and honour Burnaby businesses, organizations and entrepreneurs for their successes.
Thank you for helping us recognize Burnaby's dynamic business community by nominating an organization/individual for the Burnaby Business Excellence Awards.
This nomination stage is the first step in the awards process. Once nominated, businesses will be contacted to accept the nomination and provide supporting information for the judging process. If you are self-nominating, you will be contacted with information on how to provide your supporting information for the judging process.

Key Eligibility Rules:
- Nominees MUST have a location and business license in Burnaby
- Nominees do NOT need to be Burnaby Board of Trade members
- Self Nominations ARE accepted
- A business is NOT eligible to win the same award category more than once in three years, but runners-up CAN be re-nominated in the same category as previous years
Public nominations will be accepted until Friday, June 29th.
Nominated organizations will then have until Friday, August 31st to accept the nomination and submit their supporting details package to our judging panels.
Successful nominees will be celebrated at our October 2nd luncheon. From there, one winner in each category will be chosen and announced live at the 19th annual Burnaby Business Excellence Awards Gala on November 1st.
