Exhibitor schedule:
Set up: 7:00-8:00 a.m.
Break: 9:30-9:45 a.m.
Break: 11:00-11:30 a.m.
Lunch: 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Break: 1:45-2:00 p.m.
3:15 p.m. -- Conference concludes
Tear down: 3:15-4:30 p.m.

Booth selection:
Please use the floor plan on the OSBA website to select your booth choices. Booth prices are listed on the floor plan. Booth assignments are first-come, first-served and unavailable booths will be noted on the floor plan, which will be updated by the end of each business day. Booth cost is $1,000. This includes two representatives, but no lunches. Lunches and additional representatives are an additional cost:
     • Lunch: $20 per representative (optional)
     • Additional representatives: $50 each

Cancellation policy:  
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to OSBA BEFORE Dec. 8, 2017. No refunds will be made after Dec. 8, 2017.
