Exhibitor schedule:
Set up: 6:30-7 a.m.
Break: 9:30-9:45 a.m.
Break: 11:00-11:30 a.m.
Lunch: 11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m.
Break: 2:30-2:45 p.m.
Conference concludes: 3:30 p.m.
Your booth must be completely torn down by 4:30 p.m.

Booth selection:
Please use the floor plan on the OSBA website to select your booth choices. Booth numbers are listed on the floor plan. Booth assignments are first-come, first-served and unavailable booths will be noted on the floor plan, which will be updated by the end of each business day. Booth cost is $1,000. This includes two representatives, but no lunches. Lunches and additional representatives are an additional cost:
     • Lunch: $20 per representative (optional)
     • Additional representatives: $50 each

Cancellation policy:  
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to OSBA BEFORE Jan. 10, 2020. No refunds will be made after Jan. 10, 2020.
